Merry Christmas!!!

... a few weeks late... last last last ( i lost count) tuesday night i made recipe out of a Christmas gift my mom, sister, and i received from my aunt. it was the roanoke-benson band cook book. i made the Italian Meat Loaves, and they were really delicious. i did change the recipe up just little bit; instead of making small individual loaves, i just made one loaf and instead of bread crumbs or crackers, i used Panko, which is Japanese bread crumbs. they are seriously amazing! you can find them at walmart. i really recommend giving them a try. i am really looking forward to finding more delicious recipes in the new cook book. thank you, Aunt Lynne!

Original Recipe:
Italian Meat Loaves
2eggs. beaten
3/4c. cracker or bread crumbs
1/2c. milk
1/2c. grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove minced garlic
1/2tsp. sea salt
1/2tsp. Italian seasoning
2lb. ground pork (i used ground hamburger instead)
Directions:
Mix all and divide into 10 individual loaves. Spread each with ketchup, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes.
